60 Minute Intake - $200
During an intake session, I will ask questions to understand your sleep-related concerns and assess for other symptoms. I will also focus on your background and specific needs. This information helps me understand you and determine if you meet the criteria for a mental health diagnosis such as insomnia. Together, we’ll create a collaborative treatment plan that sets a clear path toward your improvement, ensuring the support you receive is tailored to your individual needs.
Free Consultation - 15 Minutes
You can schedule a free consultation with me. We can discuss your goals for therapy and it’s an opportunity for you to ask questions. Beyond that, it’s simply a chance for us to start getting to know each other and see if we would be a good fit.
60 Minute Session - $200
Initial sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes because they are more in-depth and comprehensive than standard follow-ups. During these initial appointments, I take the time to fully understand your sleep history, identify the factors contributing to your insomnia, and develop a personalized treatment plan. These longer sessions ensure we can set clear strategies tailored to your specific needs so you can begin with clarity, direction, and confidence.
30 Minute Session - $100
Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes and are designed to keep your treatment focused, efficient, and on track. These shorter visits allow us to review your sleep data, adjust your sleep window, and introduce new strategies and tools as you progress. Each session builds on the last, helping you refine your plan, overcome obstacles, and continue moving steadily toward consistently better sleep.
